30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you're not completely satisfied with your Loewe Ibiza sunglasses purchase, you can return the item(s) within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Important Note:
All items must be in original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories included. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be returned.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact
- All accessories (cases, cleaning cloths, certificates) must be included
- Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Item must not show signs of wear, scratches, or damage

Step 2: Package Your Items
Carefully package your items in the original packaging. Include all accessories and documentation that came with your order.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Use the prepaid return label we provide (for orders within the US). For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Step 4: Processing
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the items and process your refund within 3-5 business days.
Gift Returns & Store Credit – Loewe Return Policy
Received Loewe Ibiza sunglasses as a gift? Under the Loewe return policy, you can return or exchange gifted items within 30 days of delivery without notifying the gift giver. To start, email [email protected] with the subject line “Gift Return,” and include the recipient name, approximate delivery date, and (if available) the order number or gift receipt. We’ll reply within 24 hours with a prepaid return label for U.S. orders and instructions for international returns.
- Proof of purchase: A gift receipt or original order number helps us locate the purchase. If you don’t have it, provide the sender’s name and email used at checkout.
- Refund method: Gift returns are issued as store credit (digital e-gift card) usable on loeweibizasunglasses.com; it does not expire and can be used across multiple orders until the balance is zero.
- Exchanges: Prefer a different color or size? We can process a direct exchange (subject to availability) and include a prepaid label for the original item.
- Privacy: We will not contact the gift giver unless you request an original-payment refund, which can only be issued to the purchaser’s card.
- Promo items & bundles: If your order included a free gift or promotional bundle, the promo item must be returned or its value will be deducted from the store credit.
- Third‑party purchases: Items bought from authorized retailers must be returned to the place of purchase; our policy applies only to orders placed on loeweibizasunglasses.com.
Standard return requirements still apply (unused, original packaging and accessories). Once your gift return is received and inspected, store credit is issued within 3–5 business days. For international gift returns, customers are responsible for return shipping and any applicable customs documentation.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note:
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective items)
- Return shipping costs are deducted from refunds (except for our errors)
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item, subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange before returning your original item.
Free Exchange Program:
If you need a different size or color, we'll send you a replacement item and provide a prepaid return label for the original item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will:
- Provide a full refund including all shipping costs
- Send a replacement item at no charge
- Cover all return shipping costs
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
- Items with removed or damaged authenticity tags
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items that have been altered or customized
International Returns
International customers can return items within 30 days of delivery. Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Items must be declared as "returned goods" on customs forms
- Additional customs fees may apply
- We recommend using insured, trackable shipping methods
Warranty Information
All authentic Loewe Ibiza sunglasses come with a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from accidents or misuse
- Scratches on lenses from normal use
- Damage from improper cleaning or storage
